When I go to the salon, I have three people who work on my hair: one shampoos, one cuts/styles and a third colors. How much do I tip each?

It seems like the normal rate is around 20% for the cut/style/colorist and about $5 to the shampooer. So whatever the bill comes up to for coloring, tip 20% for that. Whatever the bill comes to for styling/cutting, tip 20% for that, and hand a fiver to the person washing your hair.

It could add up! No wonder why I let my hair go shaggy...
