I would say she looks great, and thatI know how tough it's been for her to stick to her fitness plan. Encouragement is the best way to help her reach her goals. Be positive!

I would tell her she looks more toned and that she displays better stamina and energy. I would ask her how she feels. If she feels better than before she started the regimen, then I would tell her how happy I am that she is feeling better. If she honestly admitted that she was discouraged, that she felt the same or she felt worse than when beginning, I would encourage her to check with her doctor. When someone dedicates themselves to losing weight and improving their health yet makes little or no headway, the problem is not usually with them or their regimen - the problem is probably medical in nature and all the dieting and exercise in the world will only serve to frustrate my friend.

I would alway do the same thing over and over again , that is just to tell her truthfully and honestly what my opinion on whether she lose some wait or not. To lie to her won't help me and her.
