As an adult, have you ever transformed your political philosophy 180 degrees?

I don't mean modifying your position on some issues, nor do I mean voting for a candidate from other parties, I mean has anyone started their political consciousness as a conservative and is now a liberal, Democrat to Republican etc.

Yes, I have to say that I have done this. After years of voting/aligning myself with the republican party and conservatives, I have recently shifted to the democrats and more liberal thinking. After years of getting beat up in the high tech industry because job migration I finally realized that it was the conservative philosophy on economics that was causing my pain.
