It's entirely possible. Many of the successful movie stars and musicians we're used to today began as overnight sensations or child/teen stars. Even if he struggles with it by acting irresponsibly in his later teens or early twenties, it's not like the entertainment industry has never seen someone come back from drugs or alcohol. Or both. If his parents raised him right, and if he doesn't lose his head, he'll be fine.

> How supportive Justin's family are
> How effective Justin's manager is
> Whether Justin maintains a proper life balance
> Justin's personality type (the less shy the better for this limelight role)
