No, not in any way. Anorexia and bulimia are eatings disorders, they are behaviours that people struggle with rather than lifestyles they choose. People with these disorders often also have a mental health diagnosis(s). Even when no diagnosable mental health problem exists, eating disorders are often indicative of debilitating self-esteem and body image issues. Someone with an eating disorder should be supported and encouraged, not condemed.

Of course not, what is immoral about it? However, I do not think that it is good for the person who is bulimic or anorexic, it is not good for their health.
