If you know you are going to be leaving your job to move to another state, do you give more than the standard 2 weeks notice?

What if you are worried that your employer would try to squeeze you out sooner if they knew you were leaving anyway?

That is tough, let them know 2 weeks before and be worked like a dog, or letting them know a day before and leave without breaking a sweat.

Well, I would let them know the 2 weeks before I moved. If your future employer wants a reference from your old job, and the other employer tells them you did not informed them before you left, with sufficient time. Then maybe your future job, might not be in your future.

I think 2 weeks of hard work, is not that big of a deal. Maybe, you won't need to do any extra hard labor at all, and it gives enough time for your co workers to throw you a surprise or planned party. :D

I believe you should so that you have an opportunity to train someone to take your place. This owuld help your entire department as well as leaving with a good relationship with your soon to be ex-employer.

Nope. It wouldn't matter if you were dying, moving, retaining another position, or just quitting because you are sick of it all. The requirement is two weeks. You owe them no more. If you really like the job and feel it would benefit someone in some way, then of course you can tell them sooner. :)
