Ask yourself what makes you think that she is harming her real life with her time on second life. Once you have the answers. Go to your friend and bring your observations to her.

Ex
I have noticed that you seem to spend less time going out with friends

I noticed that you don't seem to be taking care of yourself lately

Let her respond to each item. Perhaps she is taking classes online or has found work on Second Life justifying her time there, but if you are right you may be able to tell based on her answers.

The world is consider an illusion
the mind and its acts are illusions
All the world is consider as an illusion

How to deal with a second life ?
-i think is just a way out of this stressful life,or..
is just a way to create a new life with ,our own desires and ideas of the ideal world
it's not even bad to play it
Personally i'll not even try to disturb someone's game or second life,as long as they do benefit or enjoy it.

I have seen people that destroyed their husband or wife with Second life. It starts as a game then the people become more demanding of your time. And as that is enjoyable in its self, if someone is hurt, then it is not worth it.

I believe that if she is really addicted as I now you can get on there, she will not listen to you until she or he sees how it is hurting someone. then they have to made a decision on their own.
