I believe it is your duty to preserve life, even if it upsets you to do so. I know it would be hard, but I believe as a caring person it owuld tear you apart to think you did not do everything possible.

I would do my best to help them. It would be hard to see your partner with someone else and to come to the realization that she was cheating on you, but i couldn't live with myself if i didn't help preserve there life.

When you sign up to be a paramedic your job first and foremost is health. You're a professional. It sucks, yes, even when you see a shoot out with cops and the crook gets hauled to the hospital first.

However, once they are back healthy again, deal with it the right way...
