No way. There is obviously some serious cross-wiring going on in the brain of any adult who is sexually attracted to children. Incest doesn't seem like much of a barrier to twisted minds that desire to rape children. Even if you were able to identify that a particular pedophile was not a risk to his own children (which I don't think you could), there's no way you could possibly protect those children from all of the pedophile's disturbed and dangerous friends.
It has been common knowledge for many years that this particular form of perversion and sexual violence among children is often not hidden in shame, but shared as a point of pride among the criminals, who go to great lengths to publicly promote their "Man/boy love relationships" http://www.nambla.org/
The truth is they are extremely sick and dangerous people who should be in prison, which would make this a moot point.

The men who are pedophiles should be forced into permanent castration (not pills). I don't know what the girl version of a eunuch would be, but the females should also be 'fixed' so they cannot be tempted by their own children.

Nope a pedophile is known to abuse children, so they should not be able to have children themselves. I say they get no choice to abuse anymore.
Sorry always was a firm believer that if possible they should put them someplace where they have no access to any child, like 1000 miles from anywhere in the dessert on a commune.
