What limitations should be placed on the student press? Does the safety of other students take precedence over the First Amendment?

Based on the link you provided I think the University is out of line, but that isn't the question.
One of the biggest problems (my opinion) is that we are putting limitations on a lot of our Constitutional rights. Where does it end and at what cost?
Currently those of us using the internet are pretty open and free to say pretty much anything we want. What happens when that right is taken from us (example: This site being shut down or fined because it allows all of us freedom of speech).
