I really wanted to be rich but not famous. I think I can handle being rich, but I value my privacy too much to exchange it with being famous. I want to be rich so that I will be able to help others who are sick and needs medicine, surgery and other medical help. There are many people I saw on TV who are very poor that they can barely eat 3 times a day and are suffering from illness or diseases.
There are also children who cannot afford to go to school and are working already when they should have been playing instead. By giving them educational scholarships, they will be motivated to finish school so that their way of living will also improve.
There are many people in our country (Philippines) who don't have a decent house to live, I will help them build a low-cost housing where they will only pay a small amount which they can afford and I will help create a livelihood program for them so that they will have a regular source of income and they will not lose hope.
Money is not very important for me for my goal is to live simply. The feeling of being able to help others is something that is priceless. It made me feel good that I have made a difference in other people's life. And that is enough and very rewarding for me. And by living simply and helping others I know that I will be more contented and happier.

Personally, I would pursue a path towards sublime and anonymous wealth. I value my privacy, so I would enjoy being rich only if it came devoid of the responsibilities and burdens of fame.

Do not misunderstand, I do like being recognized for my efforts related to work or any other personal achievement. While that sort of recognition is constructive, fame is more intense, concentrated in its focus, and, although fleeting, to sharp and invasive for my tastes.

No way, I value my privacy too much. I am a helper of course (as we should all be) but I would rather blend in with everyone else. I cannot blend if I was famous.

If the rich is in the package, then yes, although I prefer to be wealthy but anonymous. Without money, fame is useless. It'd make you miserable, because people judge you by your appearance. So when you are poor, you cannot maintain good appearance that make people respect you.

Just today,my mother remarked that people, especially sales assistants in the shops and department store we went to, treated her differently because she used the branded bag I gave to her. People are shallow, and I am too, to some degree. I won;t be able to stand it to be called ugly or have no taste.
