A number of managers of 'good causes' have been in the news for having huge salaries. Does that stop you from giving to those causes?

Those managers are very efficient in managing the programs of the good causes. I don't want to give money to some good causes, with a bad manager getting less compensation. Good managers needed to be compensated for their efforts. It is true, that manager has to be paid for his or her work.
