You should finish the date without doing a thing and then walk away from both of them. There are too many fish in the sea to be a part of possibly turning one brother against another. That is the moral high ground and it is the only safe place for you to be.

The question should be; are you attracted to your date? You must have seen something in your date for him to have been your date. I assume you are NOT attracted to your date, or atleast not anymore, and instead you attracted to his brother. If this is so, does his brother know about this or is he by any way attracted to you? I assume you don't know this. Let's leave that at that for a while.
If it is true that you are not attracted to your date anymore, you should leave him whether or not you are attracted to his brother. But I wouldn't say you ignore him, just tell him it wouldn't work out between you two but you don't have to tell him about your attraction to his brother.
What you should do in the end is end whatever you and your date have and make it clear to him that it is over. The choice of whether or not to pursue his brother yours. If you do decide to pursue his brother and the two of you hook up, one of you should let him know before he hears it from someone else.
Life is too short to let what you really want pass you by so go get what makes you happy.
