Answered Conundrum Next Conundrum
Khloe Kardashian is marrying Lamar Odom this Sunday, but there isn't time for a prenup. Would you feel just as comfortable with a postnup?
If you were in this situation, would you feel that a postnup could adequately protect your interests?

To be honest I wouldn't bother with either a prenup or a postnup. If there's a real marriage there it won't need either.
On the subject though what's the difference, legally they are both the same. It is just that one is completed before and one after the wedding?
The only difference is whether either party can persuade the other to sign the postnup after the marriage. Not the best way to start a marriage if you ask me!
So overall, I don't suppose you can feel just as comfortable with a postnup, after all there's less certainty that you can get the agreement signed.

I would have trouble trusting a post-nup, mostly in the sense that it isn't very enforceable. What happens if after the marriage either one decides to hold out and not sign it? What recourse is there?
With the pre-nup there's always the threat that the wedding would be called off. But a post-nup? No real incentive to sign it. If they can get ink to paper, I'd be just as satisfied with it though!

Oh yeah, I'm betting this one will last!
