If I understand your question, Sylvester Stallone started his acting career in the 1970 soft-core movie "The Party at Kitty and Stud's" (also known as "The Italian Stallion"), and was paid $200 for two days of work. The movie was done when Stallone was a struggling actor, and was never released. After Stallone's smash movie Rocky came out, the producers of the 1970 movie threatended to release the movie but Stallone did not care. By today's standards, the movie was rather tame but various companies have tried to exploit Stallone's name by attempting to release the movie.
After "The Party at Kitty and Stud's" Stallone's acting career flourished, and he appeared in Woody Allen's "Bananas" the next year. And then in 1976 he won an Oscar for Rocky, and the rest is history.
