Conundrum Next Conundrum
Are we learning from effort's by China's Beijing Weather Modification Office?
They have seeded clouds with chemicals and caused all sorts of havoc. Is it unwise to fool with mother nature? Is this an indication that the rest of us need to do a bit more research before we attempt weather modification, or is trial and error the way to go?

Although nature is unpredictable, I think with proper research and controlled conditions, we could certainly benefit in efforts to modify weather conditions. Think of a summer where our weather people will seed the clouds and produce rain to lower rising temperatures or breaking up clouds in an area so they could fall elsewhere.
