I don't think that there is a lot of instructional value in these videos. However, as advertised, they are lighthearted and funny.
I don't think that this video could be used as an example of exploitation. The host does not appear to be coerced and looks to be having a good time. I can't say for sure that she knows about the subtle "sexy" undertone, but I'd be willing to bet that she was well informed before the video was shot. I don't know many people who act like that and wear that type of clothing who aren't playing some sort of "role".
From a larger point of view, people may think that she is exploiting women in this video. I contend that the rights of women have moved well beyond the point where an individual can influence our view of women in general. There are "good" and "bad" people in every gender, race and religion. Freedom dictates that we allow individuals to act as they see fit. For some reason, this women thought that it would be a good idea to dress in a tight red dress, giggle and cook some chicken wings.
I think that this genre of video is a good idea. Creating a sexually charged series of educational videos might catch on. I would probably want to hire both male and female actors who could speak English clearly and give them tasks a little more difficult than frying chicken wings.

I am Tifa, the Hot for cooking chef. I can assure you that I was not coerced into making any of my videos. This is simply my fun way of showing people how to cook. I may joke around a lot while cooking, but I can assure you that my recipes and cooking are very serious as well as seriously yummy!. You see, lots of guys are surfing for sexy girls on Youtube but few of those other girls show them anything useful. When they land on my cooking video, they might just get the idea that they can learn to cook too. In fact, I have had several comments and emails that tell me this very thing. Now, for the people who were looking for just cooking... well, they found what they were looking for, plus they got to be entertained too, so no harm done. As for the idea that I am exploiting women in general, look at it this way... if a woman wears makeup, high heals, an uplifting bra, a girdle, pantyhose, or if she had braces on her teeth, botox, or liposuction, then aren't all those small examples of how she has exploited herself? I can assure you that us women need no help in exploiting ourselves and I, for one, am first to say that I have exploited myself and I don't see a problem with that. I grew up in mainland China during the cultural revolution. I had to wear the same clothes as everyone else and so when I got to USA, I was more than happy to have the freedom to enjoy celebrating my feminine and sexual qualities. Hope you enjoy the food and the show.. Love Tifa :) 3
