How do I ask my roommates to stop eating my food without seeming like a stingy bad roommate?

I want to be nice, share and share alike and all that, but it seems like I'm always the one buying stuff like energy drinks and sodas and snacks. Feel bad just cutting them off, but I can't really afford to feed 3 dudes.

Who buys the food in the apartment? Do you all pitch in a certain amount of money? Try a tip jar, maybe when you all grab something to drink, you throw a buck in a cup. Once a week take the money and buy your stuff. I would just sit them down and say "Look I need $20.00 a week from each of you and i will supply the snacks" Or what ever amount is fair. It is not fair for you to buy everything, unless of course your rent is cheaper! :D
