There are many vineyards producing Nouveau style wines in the USA. The grapes used vary but are mainly Gamay, Zinfandel and Riesling.
Traditionally, the third Thursday of November is Beaujolais Nouveau day, when the new wines of Beaujolais are released so not long to wait now.

There are US equivalents but they tend to be poor alternatives to their French counterparts.
