No, I've never heard of one. Columbus Day, where it is celebrated, such as New York, is celebrated as an Italian-American day, So, it would be logical to celebrate with an Italian style wine made in America. I recommend Roget Spumante.

There doesn't seem to be a traditional wine for Columbus day.
You could try going to an event such as:

As Columbus was Italian then it only seems right to recommend an Italian wine.
Therefore i'm suggesting, Testamatta from Tuscany:
