Ask everyone to bring their favorite bottle of wine... or an appetizer or dish that goes well with wine...
Play some games like having everyone do a blind tasting of a few different wines and the person with the most correct wins a prize... Make sure you have all the necessary items for a wine tasting party (corkscrew, drinking water, cheese and crackers to cleanse your palettes... If you google hosting a wine tasting party you should find a lot more but these are a few I remember from my party...
