If it's just for me and I am eating by myself, I usually just choose a sandwich, leftovers, or some other simple thing that doesn't involve much cooking. One exception to that is I am sometimes hungry for pasta with chicken and vegetables in it, and I will make that when I am eating alone. Another exception to that is when I really want breakfast food such as an omelette or eggs and toast.

When the meal is for the two of us, I cook and bake all kinds of different things. So, when I am by myself I would rather keep it simple and fast.

Well since most of the time these days I am just cooking for myself, I take the easiest way out that I can. I hardly ever use the stove anymore unless it's for a quick Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner. I only use my oven for frozen pizza once a week. The rest of the week I most always cook something from the freezer that I can pop in the microwave. Quick and easy cooking. I love it! :-)

Make a pot of sauce and I have raviolis, pasta and pork in sauce and a few other meals. I always make my sauce with sausage so there's always more then one meal there. I also can just fry a steak and make a bag of steamfresh vegetables.

That depends on what kind of mood I'm in. If I'm in the mood to really cook, I'll go all out, make meat, veggies, and bread. If I'm not in the mood to cook, I might just have salad out of a bag, or make egg salad or tuna salad. Sometimes, I don't cook at all, just munch on raw fruits and veggies. I have to really be in the mood to cook.

French dip.

The french dip is the perfectly delicious choice for someone who doesn't like to cook but loves to eat. A sandwich with class. It's cheese, meat, bread and onion liquid.... how can that go wrong?

I love to cook so I would cook even if it was just myself. I would make red beans and rice or some kind of seafood. Those are the two things I love to eat that my husband and son are not to fond of.
