What is your favorite halloween candy to "borrow" from your kids?
My favorite are these:

Last year, I told my daughter they were bad for her teeth. This year, she's a heck of a lot smarter. I might have to tell her that she is allergic to them.
What's your favorite candy to commandeer from your kids?

I keep it easy. I love Butterfingers. My kid does not. So, I hand out the Big Bag bargain stuff to the trick-or-treaters. At the end of the night, we negotiate for the Butterfingers!

My son is allergic to peanuts, so I get to borrow almost all of his candy. lol
My favorite is reeces cups though. As a side note, Halloween is hard for peanut allergy suffers. The link in source lists all the candies I don't get to steal. (Meaning they are peanut free.)

Almond joys are my favorite. I find however, that people just do not give them out to kids. Maybe it is the whining grandmother begging from the sidewalk to just send out Almond joys.
I am just kidding about the begging. They would forbid me to tag along if I embarrassed them like that, I was not joking about the Almond joys though.

The second worst was when I saw Lindt chocolate truffles roll out of the pillow case during the audit. Somebody had been giving out individually wrapped Lindt chocolate truffles!
It was a perfect storm of adult authority versus deal-making versus sneakyism... for which I got busted and had to take her to a candy store to pay restitution.
The first worst was when some Kinder Bueno dropped out of the pillow case at audit time, and that time there was no rationalization nor justification, because it's easier to beg forgiveness than to ask permission.
