Windows on the World was one of the most epic views of any restaurant ANYWHERE in the world.

In New York City the Rainbow Room at Rockefeller center is currently the best view... but sadly it is closed. :-(

The River Cafe in Brooklyn is magical.

There is also the View Restaurant which has a nice view, but bad food.
