Well, you should talk to the person first, there may be different reasons why they are throwing up; maybe they have a stomach virus, maybe stomach problems by eating so much food etc.

Ask them if they are ok and if they need something, like water, maalox etc.

And if you see them putting a finger down their throat to throw up on purpose, still talk to them first, and if they are in denial, talk about your concerns to the person that is closest to them like thier spouse, siblings, parents or their grown up children.

Wait until they don't suspect you are concerned about their health and ask if they can refer you to their family doctor as yours is going out of town or something. Then report it to him or her.

If they live with mommy and daddy talk to mommy and daddy.
