First of all I would ask the people who know how to swim. I hope that would cut out like 5. Thereafter I would take people in with the below priority.
1. Children
2. Women
3. Handicaps
4. Elders
I would look for the small boats hung by the side of the ship which is used in case of emergency. If one is there, it could take another 5 people.
If not, I would search for some rope is available in the lifeboat and I would tie the healthiest and strongest people while tying the other end into the boat. Of course, I would provide them the air filled tire like things (I don't know what to call them) so that they could float and take them into the shores. Of course, I would be one of the people floating.
If the ship is near the shore, I would see if any coast guard or ship is travelling by and try to contact them through the radio service is availalbe.

I would ask for volunteers to stay out of lifeboat first, then I would load the lifeboat with people in this order:
Children
Women
Elderly
Frail
The men that were left over would have to draw straws for a spot in the boat. The theory being that the strongest/healthiest men would have the best chance of survival without the lifeboat.
Oh yea, I would be one of the 15 to stay behind.

If the ship has already sank, with 75 people inside, then i guess it's irrelevant what i do.. :-D
But if they are still with us, i guess Women and Children first, then (i know it's ageist) but i suppose i'd have to go with youngest first.
If there wasn't a big enough gap between the ages, i wouldn't split up families, i'd ask for volunteers, then finally i'd have the remaining people try to hang on to or around the lifeboat as it moved, taking turns in and out of the water...
Thankfully, i have never been (and hopefully never will be) in a situation like that..
