Answered Conundrum Next Conundrum
Are there some cases where a 15 year old should be tried as an adult?
It seems possible that 15 year old Alyssa Bustamante may eventually be found guilty of murdering a nine year old because she wanted to know what it felt like. She dug the grave five days ahead of time. She lured the little girl into the woods, strangled her , stabbed her, and cut her throat, then threw her in the grave she had dug for her.

Absolutely, YES! In some states the law is children aged 14 and up can be tried as adults for malicious felonies. In the case of this girl Alyssa Bustamante, she doesn't seem to care that she did something horrific. In fact, she pre-planned it like people pre plan parties. That's not the kind of people society allows to remain in the general population for long.
