I guess I would be considered predictable because I much prefer having a structured life and operate better that way.
I worked until age 69, so I had to have structure in my life in order to do my job and then take care of my family the rest of the time, do the shopping, go to pertinent meetings, etc. etc.
So I was used to prioritizing my time, making lists, doing the important things first, and working my way down (not that the lists get completed!!)
My kids, grandkids, and friends know when I play bingo and am not available, for instance. Certain friends and I try to go out for lunches on regular days that work out for our schedules. Etc.
The main thing that has thrown me off my predictability has been getting into internet article writing because many orders have a ONE day deadline. So when those come in, I have to practically drop everything else (but not lunches or bingo!!) and concentrate on doing the research and articles.
That has made my life much more irregular than ever. In a way, I do not like it. On the other hand, I have to consider it an "adventure" to be open to changing my schedule on a frequent basis!!

I'm considered to be predictably unpredictable.
Most people that know me well know I can be very random, and that I base every action, decision, etc. on the circumstances at hand. Even if those circumstances are identical if my mood is different I may react differently. Taking that into consideration they expect me to be unpredictable, which makes me in an odd way, predictable.

My family sure thinks I'm predictable. Whenever I do something (usually something wrong), they'll make a comment about how it's so typical of me -- you know, the usual jibes.
But I don't think I'm predictable -- or if I am, it's under terms that I know and others seem to have mistaken. For instance, I'm not always disorganized. There are things I can be highly, ridiculously organized with. But people just see a messy desk or whatnot. It's limited data. People see what's in front of them and ignore the evidence that goes against their conclusion. Good old human nature.
