Yes, I believe we all have abilities we have not yet explored. There are so many functions of the brain nothing is well understood, even today. My mother used to have "visions" via dreams while she was sleeping. One example in particular was she described a house in detail that burned to the ground. Two days later it did and we saw it in the paper.

We must always have open minds. We would be vain indeed to think that we are the only living species in the universe, what would happen if we actually saw another being without giving it any previous consideration what so ever? We would probably die of shock ( we might anyway but you get the jist of it).

Not to be a conspiracy theorist here but I bet tha army has done secret studies on this too. I think I remember hearing one about "remote viewing", no wait that was a movie. But anything is possible........

Yes, because I myself have had flashes of the future, and I have had several dreams to actually come true. I have met other people also who have had this gift, but they have since passed away (grandma and mom). I dread it mostly because I cannot seem to change the outcome of my premonitions (not like in the movies or tv shows eh? those people can change what they preconceive). Most people tell me they would love to have the ability to see the future, but every time I see the future or dream of events, they are usually horrible things. I did have one dream years ago about a wonderful event that didn't make sense at the time, but years later the event happened and it was a good dream! Mostly, however, I dream about sad things like natural disasters, or evil people and what they do.

I am normally a very skeptical guy and this is something I wouldn't usually be prone to believe in, as I don't believe I've ever met anyone or heard of anyone that could really do this, but because there are accounts of prophets in Bible times (both good and bad), I believe that it is possible. I suppose it must be something that we don't normally understand, and my opinion is that it must be a supernatural condition, by which I mean that it falls outside the realm of the natural or ordinary day to day dealings of mankind. There were prophets that told details of the birth of Christ a thousand years before they took place, and I believe it was King Saul who went to seek a witch at Endor who could contact Samuel (I think) for him. Since I believe the Bible, I believe all of it, even those parts that would normally make me skeptical, and if prophecy (or telling the future), and speaking to people from beyond the grave was possible then, my guess is that it's still possible, but not very common or likely. (that last part is my natural skepticism).

I believe in predictive analytics . . .

"Predictive analytics extracts information from data and attempts to forecast the future. It relies on capturing relationships between explanatory variables and the predicted variables from past occurrences, and exploiting it to predict future outcomes."

I firmly believe that there are people who can look at a person and judge likely events in another person's life by considering things like drive, education, health, and family backround. Similarly a person may look at a structure and make similar predictions based on age or repair of a building. These predictions will not be 100% accurate but it is possible to make predictions with decent accuracy.

This is not supernatual, it is the deliberate or intuitive use of information. I have met people who can do this to a wide degree and I can do this to an extent given enough time with a person or place.

Even events can be predicted in this manner by pouring through data, or even picking up on subtle queues. I had a strong feeling the housing bubble was going to burst, before it did I couldn't quite put my finger on what was tipping me off. After it happened and I looked backed on it I was able to see the clues I could not articulate previously.
