When I choose a new insurance carrier, I always go online and do research on both price and customer service. It really doesn't matter whether it's an insurance carrier or a new cell phone company or anything like that. The most important thing is to check into the reputation of the company and how good their customer service is. Price is not always everything. :-)

Ask people who have it and check it's background. Customer service and payouts is what you need to see.
