The furthest I would travel would be a few hundred miles to another state, as long as I could book a flight. When we moved to the state we currently reside in a few years ago, we had to travel for over 13 hours and a total of 750+ miles. That was not fun at all and I do not really make a trip of a similar magnitude any time soon. However, my brother-in-law (my husband’s younger brother) is getting married in September of this year and we are planning to attend since my husband will be his best man. We are hoping to fly there to visit, but driving would be second option and I am really hoping that we won’t have to. If a flight is involved, I am willing to travel quite a bit (a few hours of air time) versus driving on the freeway for a day or multiple days at a time. An old friend has recently invited me to her wedding….in Germany, and I had to thankfully decline, because, yes, you guessed it, that is definitely too far for me to travel at this time for a wedding.
