Answered Conundrum Next Conundrum
How many times, consciously as well as unconsciously, have you modified your signature in your life?
A few months ago I had gone to withdrawal the funds from a CD which had matured. This 5 year CD had been rolled over once, at this maturity I wished to retire the funds. I went through a lengthy process because my signature from when I was 19 to that of today had changed. (even though I had my ID) I never consciously changed my signature but in the past ten years it has evolved I suppose. Has your signature evolved, or have you purposely changed it over the years?

As far as I can remember I only changed my signature once when I got married. I remembered then that it took me quite a while to finally decide on my signature but I didn't make any attempt to change it only after I got married. I did not see any changes that happen in my signature in the past 12 years since I got married.

My signature changed only with marriage. I didn't change my name back when I got divorced in 2001, so it still hasn't changed. I have had the same signature for over 20 years. I think my style was much more "fun" when I was a teen signing my name....loopy letters and a heart at the end of one letter.
There is one thing that has never changed--I always use my middle initial "A" when signing my name.

Unconsciously our signature change in a small way, base on our emotional state at that moment, We are just human's and not perfect. it would be difficult if not impossible to have a perfect clone of signature every time we write our signature. But if we consciously change our signature that would be different naturally.

My signature hasn't changed in any major chunks, but it's evolved. It used to be, more or less, writing my name out in cursive, first and last. And it's gotten quicker and quicker, and less and less legible, until it basically looks like a scrawl. The only letters that's really visible are my initials, and those are dashed off.
I don't mind it, though. It's quick, and it says something about me, somehow. Even if only in my own mind.
