If the fortune teller told me a good thing that would make my life better then I would do it as a rational choice and if it is something bad I definitely wouldn't. I would use my freedom to exercise choice to the fullest. Often times something that wasn't meant to happen could happen because I believed in what was predicted and expected it to come alive. I would be cautious and would be prepared for better or for worse and would only do what I think is right.
I would move to Montana if it was a better place than where I live at the moment.

If the answer did not harm anyone else in any way; if there were no repercussions to any group or individual I would consider it. If it was something I would do anyway then sure, why not. If I considered it a positive thing I probably would (and if it was free to do).

Noting my answer to the above I would say possibly.
Upon hearing the request I would make an attempt to determine what good can come of the move, as well as considering what may be the downsides. I would research the area and try to come up with my own analisis as to the likelyhood of good fortune there. Ex how is the job market in my field?, What are housing prices?, Do I have enough in savings to get a head start?
My belief is that a person likely picked up on something to think of the prediction. I would want to try to figure out what that is.

Consciously, I would not take action directly merely on the advice of a fortune teller. Subconsciously, I don't know. The power of suggestion is a powerful thing. I suppose that power of suggestion would be far more powerful than the fortune tellers own supposed mystical powers, so by that route, some of her comments may find themselves passive influencing my decisions.
