I couldn't take the time off from having a full-time job after I was married at age 20 and had two children soon after that. My husband made very little money, so I had to continue to work full-time for most of my life.

I would have loved to have the time and money to become a fully certified Legal Assistant/Paralegal after college because that would have led to a much better career and higher salary than I was able to accomplish by getting that diploma through a correspondence course.

Even though the correspondence course was costly, did require learning a lot about the legal profession, and took several years to complete, that diploma was never recognized as being "the real thing" when it came to getting a better job.

I would have gone to college, and had a career instead of floating around all my life not really knowing what I wanted to do. I did go to college...twice...but I only got Associate degrees, and those are no better than high school degrees when it comes to getting a job or getting promotions or better pay. I know it's never too late to get a degree, but I often wonder what my life would have been like had I had the education to make a decent salary.

2 Years I had an opportunity to be involved in a start up tech company involved in many aspects of social media. It many way it was very cutting edge. For several reasons the opportunity just did become real, and knowing what I know now I would have gone out and grab ahold of this idea and ran with it.

I had the opportunity to go to Greece when I was 18. I do not think I would have come back so my life would have been completely changed. I live in the country with four of my children and if I had taken that invitation, I am sure I would not have had the same life or lifestyle. To be honest, I do not regret my decision. Everything I have done in my life has made me what I am today and I like myself. I can not say it would be the same if I had gone to Greece.

When Twitter came out, I would have recognized right away that it was going to be popular not just because of the 140 character concept, but because of the cute bird, colors, and words like "tweeting." Then I would have come up with something cuter and even more endearing. Fast. To see how it would have changed me, just pretend I'm Evan Williams.
