I'd prefer the one with a great attitude. People with great natural ability don't necessarily use those abilities to their best advantage, aren't necessarily the best motivated people, and may think they are above criticism. People with great atttitudes can take criticism in the manner in which is intended and learn from their mistakes, and are willing to try again.

Natural abillity because that's less likely to happen and you can learn quicker, though an attitude is nice too, but don't make you smart without natural abilities. but natural abilities can't be used at it's peak without a good attitude, so actually one can't exist without the other.

I'd pick the person with great natural ability. In the field I'm in, that's what matters at the end of the day. You can hire the nicest person in the world, but cheeriness doesn't catch errors. And customers won't know anything about the personality of the people who work; what they see is the end product, and the end product should ideally be immaculate.
