I would go back to the early years of William Randolf Herst, like when he was a young man, and get him stoned and try to convince him of the superiority of hemp to wood pulp in the textile industry. Hopefully he would invest his money in the hemp industry instead of the wood pulp industry and marijuana would still be legal, as it should be.
