I would miss being able to hear, but I would not be able to cope if I couldn't see. If I had to choose, then I would choose to lose hearing.

I love music. I love to sing. Not being able to hear would really make me sad.

Seeing, though? I can't drive if I can't see. I can't use the Internet if I can't see. I could still be fairly independent, being able to see and hot hear.

• So true. I am a very independent person myself, and would also choose to keep my vision even though I'd miss music so terribly by losing the ability to hear.
