As a former funeral director, here are a few suggestions:
1) When you feel the giggle coming on, cough into your hand.
2) Take your nails and dig them into the fatty part of your hand. Do not draw blood, this will cause another problem. The pain will distract you from the giggle.
3) Excuse yourself and head for the nearest bathroom, outside or for the funeral home lounge.
4) Just giggle or laugh it happens all the time. People grieve in different ways and someone next to you, just might join in.

Do math in your head. Like 14 x 97, try and do that in your head. It works for keeping yourself from crying during a funeral, and I bet it would stop you from giggling. Plus, funerals are pretty boring in my opinion - use that time to beef up your math skills!
