Outside influences.

Nothing ruins a perfectly good romantic evening like a poorly timed incoming call from a chatty friend or relative. Having a romantic night? Turn the ringers off and you will be better off.

Bad smells, cats suddenly jumping on whatever piece of furniture I am on, hearing a parent on the answering machine (I am way past being a teenager),
the beep beep beep sound on a tv when there is an emergency, unwanted visitors, conversations about their ex, and wimpiness.
