What do you do if you find out that a colleague isn't washing their hands after they've been to the washroom?
It seems a scary amount of people don't wash their hands afterwards. If you know a colleague of yours doesn't then how do you tell them they should?

How about when you're chatting, mentioning that you saw some fictitious person behaving in this gross way? You could say how you think it's vile an unhygenic and don't they agree?

I think that if you refuse to touch their hands when saying "hello" it will be enough, they'll begin to wash their hands even if they doesn't go to the bathroom!.
Alternatively, you can were gloves while speaking with them :)
