The first time, I would tell him no and ask that he not do it again. I would then document the incident via a time stamped email to myself. The next time it happened, I would again tell him no, document the incident and then notify Human Resources. I understand that there is often a reluctance to involve HR because people fear reprisal or losing their own position. But there are also protections in place for those reporting sexual harassment, and I would rather live with a couple weeks of anxiety then feel threatened and vulnerable anytime I went in to work.
