It would depend on what several doctors said. Six would be.. a miracle as i would never under go invertro fertilization and I don't think 6 naturally conceived babies has ever occurred. As long as it was confirmed all 6 were entirely healthy I'd keep them all yes. I would be sure to keep very close tabs on their development ultrasound wise etc. and probably seek more than one opinion. I could not bring a child into the world that was not perfectly healthy and if one or more turned out to not be so I would swallow the pain and abort those few early on. (I think it's possible now to abort some of multiple pregnancy fetuses i saw it on House XD)

I would go with the doctor's recommendation. I assume that it would be a safer pregnancy with a partial abortion. I know that sounds horrible and I'm not a bog fan of abortions, but I'd rather keep two babies than lose all six and risk my own life due to complications.
