I don't think we should have to be told to live healthy. I do however think most people's view of living healthy is a bit off base. Moderation is key to living a healthy lifestyle while still enjoying all of what life has to offer. I'd don't think it would be necessary for me to make radical changes, but yes i I thought I was at risk for a health condition I would read into triggers and risk factors and try to reduce those factors without sacrificing my own happiness.
