I only really play games on the computer when I can't think of what to write...(ritrzblok, get ti?lol)
A few of my friends are on it playing Facebook games all day long...tending to their farms, zoos, fish, and whatever else Zynga has managed to come up with.
Personally I don't play them...it's way to time consuming for me. A simple card game here or there is all I need to refocus and then its back to work I go.

I've been addicted to only one game, a strategy game.
Civilization 1,2,3,4 and soon 5
You basically act like the collective mind of a civilization as it competes with all others. I'd like to call it the "chess of this day and age"
I recommend it to people who know little about what's happening the world over.

While I no longer take the time to play, my favorite games were always driving games. I liked games with a real world feel rather than the more arcade-style games, and the more expensive and high end sports cars the better. I also liked the games that allowed you to drive on the street as well as just on dedicated racetracks.

From 1997 until sometimes even in the present, I have played Ultima Online (UO).
UO is a massively multiplayer online game that is always running. In the game you can kill monsters, loot their bodies, collect their hides and make armor out of them. There are swords and many other weapons of various types. Of course, there are magic spells in the game, too. Players can fight and kill each other and take their stuff.
UO is the granddaddy of World of Warcraft, Everquest, and all the other games of this type.

That would be "Farmville" on Facebook. I think it's lame.

I've never been into computer games. When I'm on the computer I am writing or visiting the forums I belong to. My whole family is addicted to all those apps. on Facebook. They keep sending me invites but it just seems silly to me.
