"One of the best ways to find any tradesmen and get a good one is through word of mouth. Ask around your town or neighborhood to find out who everyone else uses. A good locksmith will leave a wake of good will. That wake is what you are looking for. Talk to construction services in town and maybe even a local security firm that may keep one on retainer if not full time."
