Yet that would mean you must become your grandmother's lover ... and you also must ignore that:

- you may start a DNA catastrophy;
- is highly illegal to have intimate relations with so close relatives;
- you wouldn't be able to make this fact public because everybody will blame you and your grandmother because of this sinfull relation ...

Shortly: If "being my own grandfather" will become a valid option, something anybody can do, I wouldn't recommend it.

You could not become your own biological grandfather. You could become your own step-grandfather by marrying one of your grandmothers. That might not seem so bad if your mom and her mom were teenage mothers. If you're 21 you might have a grandmother in her 40's. It would be illegal almost everywhere; but, since your names could be different probably no one would check if you went to some tourist marriage destination. If you then moved to a new town no one but you would ever know. Unless you wrote a song about it.
