a little late in life isnt it ? I should have settled this with her before tying the knot !

You should respect your partner's feeling, but at the same time discuss your situation with him. Tell him that having children very late may affect their bringing up and will adversely affect your health too (it is a risk to have children after 35).

As far as your completeness is concerned, you may have it a little later.

Just discuss and a way will come out.

Long before a relationship gets serious and emotions are involved serious issues; such as children, should be discussed. If you find you want different things, move on.

However, it is unfair to both the child who will not be wanted by your partner and your partner who doesn't want a child to force it on him. If you feel you are not content without a child, you'll need to find a different partner.
