Can I get a loan modification even if I have bad credit?
I came across this website that talks about how Obama passed a law that would help homeowners who are struggling with their mortgage payments by modifying the terms of a mortgage loan. As I understand it this would lower my mortgage payment and interest rate so that I can afford my mortgage.
The site I found that offers loan modification help in order to stop foreclosure is ObamaForeclosureBailout.com.
If anyone knows anything about this law your advice would be much appreciated.

I am sure the housing department will have the answer if the law has been passed already, Lot's of people have problems with loan specially because of the recession, and there are many solution to this, the government is most likely doing something to help the people. Keep inquiring to the proper agency,
