quality and cheap
If it's good quality and I can get it cheap, how fast doesn't matter to me. If I have to wait months to get a good quality, that's fine, since a home being built for me is likely going to have to last me the rest of my life.
I can wait for quality. Cheap is always good if the quality is there!

This question have to way to be answered.
If I would be the one in charge with the house building and, as constructor I have to choose, I will choose quality and speed. From the point of view of the one who'll cash-in the money, I can esyly explain to anyone why qualitycan't be cheap, while speed add up to the price in order to maintain the negociated quality.
If I would speak as a future house owner, I would choose quality and cheap, despite I allready know that quality is not cheap. Therefor I would choose cheapest quality offer :-P
