You haven't asked for a period in this answer, so I have used an assumption that you want to know tons of rice, wheat and soybean imports over a year period.
Rice - Singapore imports the 17th highest amount of rice per year. Overall Singapore imports about 375,000 metic tonnes of rice each year.
Wheat - Singapre imports about 375,000 tonnes of wheat each year. Source Index Mundi.
I haven't been able to find any defnitive statistics for Soya Bean imports but thought I would give you an answer anyway as you have been waiting patiently for one for many months!
